Cellulite shorts are typically created from different sets of materials that are very well fitted to the lower portion of the body. It is similar to spandex that is made into biker shorts. Whatever materials that were used in creating the cellulite shorts, they are believed to increase blood circulation to skin regions where cellulite are present. Manufacturers of cellulite shorts are also claiming that these shorts create fat cell friction by eagerly pressing with fabrics that are rough textured. A lot of these cellulite shorts are created to be placed underneath clothing and other shorts may require lotion application where the shorts will be placed. The principle is based on creating sufficient pressure and heat on the affected cellulite area which leads to skin change thus, reducing dimpled appearance.

One will typically see changes after one month or two. You have to be more realistic about your expectations with this. While these cellulite shorts are said to produce some changes, these won’t be visible in just a matter of days.

According to the manufacturers, in order to attain optimum results, it’s best that these shorts are worn with a combination of lifestyle change like saying no to vices and limiting the ingestion of fatty foods. Exercise is also a good cause but it won’t technically reduce the cellulite residing inside the body. Still, with a little help, one will reap the benefits in no time.

Still, the question stands, how about the other parts of the body that are affected by cellulite and are not covered by the cellulite shorts?
